Caracoles con Salsa Portuguesa

Step 1
Well cleaned mushrooms and snails with plenty of water.

Step 2
Prepare 2 liters of Portuguese sauce in a skillet over medium heat.

Step 3
We add to the sauce, the soaked dried mushrooms along with the snails with shell (these have to be precooked), or without shell as you prefer.
We integrate the right ingredients on the fire.

Step 4
On the other hand, boiled rice and serve it well seasoned, on a plate.

Step 5
Then we add sauce with snails
and fungi. Finish decorating sevir
with slices of carrot and basil leaves.
