We can put abrillantador, mixing lemon juice, a teaspoon of almond cream, a glass of water and a tablespoon kuzú, segrevanjem and putting it on the cream.
Our advice
The tart lemon and almond is richer the more cold is served.
The kuzú root is a pulverized with medicinal properties (diarrhoea, vomiting, colds, depression ...), and a magnificent ingredient that can be used to thicken any dish, however, always deshaciéndolo cold with a little liquid, and then segrevanjem until it thickens.
